Chain Blast Muscle System
This system is so smart! I love how you can get a full body workout with this one system, and it’s super compact. Chains on the handles instead of multiple sets of dumbells, use the pulley system for some nice back, shoulder and upper body work, slip your feet in the handles and work your lower! Super innovative design. Increase or decrease with ease, my kids love it too!

All I have to say that these are weights that move you! By having the ability to have the chains adapt to your movement and progression of increasing by one link at a time. I highly recommend them

This system is amazing! The chains can used with the pulley in place of a weight stack or with the handles in place of dumbbells. I love that they can be used for body weight exercises as well as added for additional weight to bars. The movement of the chains as they hang adds a different challenge due to the increased need to stabilize your body.A very unique idea and the portability was definitely a draw for me.I would highly recommend this system!
